Ugnayan ng Pahinungod - Baguio is the official public service and volunteer program of the University of the Philippines Baguio
Through the leadership of the Director, Dr. Andrei A. Domogo, Ugnayan ng Pahinungod – Baguio takes the lead in public service in Northern Luzon through:
- EDUKARAVAN – suro or sharing knowledge, storyaan or storytelling workshops for teachers and students, talinaay or ___, and projects for development for teachers
- Relief operations
- Other forms of community and volunteer work
Imbibing the spirit of volunteerism among students, faculty, administrative staff and REPS of UP Baguio, the Ugnayan ng Pahinungod-Baguio aims to serve as catalysts for development and social change.
